With ever-growing concern for mental health, this course is designed for managers and anyone who is willing to learn the ideals for managing and supporting someone who is suffering from mental health in the workplace. This qualification will cover 12 hours of content, which means it is delivered over two days and will include topics like understanding mental health, how to recognise mental ill health problems and supporting an employee with mental health-related problems. This qualification has been designed to meet the Equality Act 2010 and The Mental Health Act 1983 (Places of Safety) Regulations and has been endorsed by Training Qualifications UK who is the UK’s fastest growing awarding. Please bring your own lunch and refreshments as COVID regulations will still be in place. Please park nearby but not in front of the building. Please bring photo ID notebook and black pen. Please note that you should bring a 3 ply mask.
